Stella whimpered fearfully and shook her head indicating that she didn’t know either. As the two sisters looked at each other they heard movement outside and quickly looked back out the window, but the figure was gone. The two quickly went back to the living room. “Is something wrong you two?” Siarra asked. “Are you girls expecting anyone…?” Luna asked nervously but her roommates shook their heads. “Why do you ask?” Bella asked, clearly confused. Luna and Stella looked at each other and Luna nodded. “Well…” Stella started nervously and the girls looked at her. “We saw someone in the backyard…” Stella said in a low voice. Siarra looked worried “you saw someone? Who was it?” She asked. “We don’t know, we just saw a figure at the edge of the woods. But we couldn’t see their face.” Luna explained. Siarra looked nervous “should we call the cops?” She asked but Bella scoffed. “It was probably just some weirdo.” Bella said. “Are you sure?” Siarra asked and Bella nodded “it was probably our weirdo neighbor Dax.” Bella said. Luna laughed “maybe you’re right Bel.” She said and Bella grinned “I usually am!” She said. Luna and Siarra both sighed and said “no you aren’t” Bella pouted and looked away. Stella spoke up “can we watch the movie now…?” She asked and the other three nodded as Siarra got up off the couch. Luna set up the snacks as Siarra put the movie into the DVD player. All four girls sat down, Siarra and Bella sat on the couch while Luna and Stella sat on beanbag chairs. Stella giggled excitedly as the movie started. It had been thirty or thirty five minutes since the movie started and a blizzard had started about fifteen minutes ago. The girls were having fun watching the movie while doing their nails. Suddenly the power went out which made the girls scream. Luna was the first to calm down”it’s just the blizzard, calm down girls.” She said. The girls relaxed and Bella got up “I’m going to go use the bathroom.” Bella said. “Ok, be careful girl. Don’t fall down the stairs.” Siarra joked and Bella laughed as she walked into the darkness. Luna went and got some candles then set them up. Stella handed a lighter over to Luna and she lit the candles. A few moments later a loud scream echoed through the house. “Bella?!” The three girls exclaimed in worry. Siarra grabbed a flashlight and the three girls ran to the downstairs bathroom. Siarra got there first and threw open the door. “OH MY GOD!!!” Siarra screamed as the other two got there. “What?!” Luna said fearfully as her twin sister cling to her arm. Siarra didn’t answer but instead stared into the bathroom that was illuminated only by her flashlight. Stella peeked into the bathroom and gasped which made Luna look. “Oh god… Bella no…” Luna whispered. Inside the bathroom on the floor, laid Bella. She was in a puddle of her own blood with her chest ripped open. Her neck was at a terrifying angle and a look of pure fear on her face. Stella shakily spoke “the… the window is open….”

It was a dark stormy winter night, and three roommates were having a movie night. The three were having trouble deciding till Bella suggested a Christmas horror movie. Luna had told her roommates that her sister would be coming over and to listen for the doorbell, before she went to make some popcorn. A few moments later the doorbell rang. Siarra answers the door revealing a young strawberry blonde girl. The girl introduced herself “Hi, I’m Stella. Does Luna live here?” She asked “yes she does, why do you ask?” Siarra answered. “I’m her twin sister!” Stella said. Bella pushed Siarra out of the way and drags Stella into the house. Luna walks out the kitchen and sees Stella. “Hey sis, you’re early.” Luna said. Stella giggled and smiles as she waved “I wanted to come over early to help out!” Stella explained. Bella grinned and hugged Stella “that’s awesome!!” Bella said excitedly. Siarra rolled her eyes, still annoyed at Bella for shoving her. Luna chuckled softly, as she was use to her roommates little spats. It wasn’t uncommon for Bella and Siarra to have their little disagreements, and usually ended with both girls apologizing to each other. Luna told Bella to go grab the movie so they could watch it. Bella nodded her head and ran upstairs to her room to get it. All four girls had completely forgotten that Christmas was tomorrow and had planned to stay up all night. Little did the girls know, something was watching them from the trees outside. Stella, like her twin sister was a big horror fan, so when she was told they were watching a horror movie she got excited. A few minutes go by and Bella hadn’t come down yet. Siarra called her name and Bella ran downstairs apologizing, movie in hand. “Sorry! Sorry! I had to find the movie!” She said. Stella giggled softly as Siarra sighed. Luna lightly pinched the bridge of her nose. “I swear girl…” Luna started which made Bella look at her. “You need to clean your room.” Luna said. Bella pouted with a huff as she flopped down onto the couch. “Yea, yea. I know. I’ll get to it.” Bella said dismissively as she handed the movie to Siarra. Stella looked at her sister with a questioning look but Luna just said that this was normal. Stella nodded and went to the kitchen to get a glass of water. She grabbed a cup and turned on the kitchen sink, but as she looked up and out the window above the sink, she froze. She stared out the window at the figure at the edge of the tree line of the forest behind the house. Stella called her sister into the kitchen. “Sis! Can you come into the kitchen please!” Stella called and Luna came into the room. “What’s up Stel?” Luna asked, using the nickname she gave her twin when they were kids. “Can… can you look out the window..?” Stella asked with a slight stutter. Luna knew her sister only stuttered when she was truly scared, so she looked out the window her eyes widened as she saw the figure too. “Who is that…?” Luna asked in a low voice as she looked at her sister.
